A product of Lake Oswego's Lakeridge High School and Clackamas Community College, Alex obtained his real estate license in 2006. Quickly rising to prominence, he became one of the top-producing agents in the Portland area, overseeing projects valued at over $25 million in volume within the initial years. In 2010, Alex joined forces with Peter to form The Clark Group, LLC, ushering in an era of enhanced production and unparalleled client experiences. Recognizing the underserved needs of investment property clients in the local market, Alex spearheaded the establishment and growth of Clark Group Property Management in 2007. Alex's approach is characterized by a commitment to educate, coach, and empower clients as they navigate one of life's most significant investments. Meet Peter, Co-Founder of The Clark Group LLC: Peter's real estate journey began in Oregon, where he graduated from Lake Oswego High School and Oregon State University with double degrees in Political Science & Business Administration. After climbing the corporate ladder at Crown Zellerbach in San Francisco, his passion for real estate blossomed. In just a few years, Peter co-founded Holly, Raynal & Clark (HRC), a highly reputable brokerage specializing in residential real estate and historic income properties. With offices in San Francisco and Atlanta, HRC earned industry acclaim. In 1988, Peter returned to Oregon with his wife Laurie and their family, settling in West Linn. Joining Hasson Company Realtors in 1989, he became a top producer. In 2005, Peter invested in establishing the Keller Williams Realty - Portland Premiere Market Center. His partnership with his son, Alex, led to the founding of The Clark Group at Keller Williams, where they provide exceptionalreal estate sales service. With over 35 years in Portland real estate, Peter's market knowledge, integrity, and commitment to clients are unmatched. He cherishes family time as 'Papa' to his grandchildren and enjoys mentoring, community service, nature photography, and cheering on the Oregon State Beavers.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys a variety of activities, from cheering on her family at sports events to indulging in rounds of golf and camping adventures. She also has a passion for home renovation projects, showcasing her creativity and practical skills. Jane has cultivated her expertise in property management since July 2014, specializing in single-family homes while also overseeing a selection of smaller multiplex units. Recognizing the paramount importance of effective communication, Jane has consistently fostered trust with property owners and mitigated issues with tenants, thereby nurturing a harmonious environment for all parties involved. In addition to her extensive experience, Jane obtained her Property Manager's license in July 2020, further solidifying her credentials in the field. As a native of Oregon, particularly hailing from the Portland metro area, Jane possesses an innate understanding of the local landscape and the nuances of the rental market in and around Portland. This intimate familiarity equips her with invaluable insights to navigate the dynamic real estate terrain adeptly. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jane finds joy in leisure activities such as leisurely strolls with her canine companion, engaging in spirited games of pickleball, and undertaking various home improvement projects. Melissa's primary focus is on leveraging her extensive network to generate new business and expand the firm's client base. She excels at identifying and pursuing opportunities to connect with property owners and investors and has a deep understanding of the rental market and the needs of her clients. In her role at The Clark Group, Melissa is responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through new business development initiatives. She is known for her strong communication and negotiation skills, and her ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

Meet Katie, Marketing Coordinator for Clark Group Property Management: Katie's passion for real estate and marketing shines through in her role as the Marketing Coordinator for Clark Group Property Management. After graduating from West Linn High School in 2005, Katie pursued her academic interests, earning a Bachelor's degree in Art with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 2009. In 2012, Katie joined The Clark Group as their Lead Buyer's Agent, quickly establishing herself as one of the top-performing Buyer's Agents in Keller Williams Portland Premiere. After taking a hiatus to focus on her growing family, Katie returned to the real estate world in a new capacity. As the Marketing Coordinator, Katie draws on her extensive real estate knowledge to streamline the listing process for our clients. Her expertise ensures that our listings are effectively marketed, allowing them to stand out in the competitive market.
